GetterPost is a social media scheduling platform that allows users to create, schedule, and publish content to connected social media accounts, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The Service is intended for real estate professionals and other business users.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@getterpost.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
GetterPost offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate disclosed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods except where required by law.

The Service connects to third-party platforms via their official APIs. Your use of connected platforms is also governed by those platforms' own terms of service and community guidelines. We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or content policies of third-party platforms. We may discontinue integration with any platform at any time without liability.
By connecting a social account you authorize GetterPost to access and publish content to that account on your behalf, within the permissions you grant during the OAuth authorization flow.
You retain all ownership rights to content you create and upload through the Service. By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service. We do not use your content for advertising or sell it to third parties.
The GetterPost name, logo, platform, and underlying technology are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT PUBLISHED THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL REACH ANY PARTICULAR AUDIENCE OR ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR RESULT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETTERPOST AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetterPost and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.
