Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (hashed).
Payment Information: Billing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. We retain only the last four digits and card type provided by Stripe for display purposes.
Social Account Tokens: When you connect a social media account (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), we receive and store OAuth access tokens on your behalf. These tokens are encrypted at rest and are used solely to publish content you schedule through the Service. We request only the minimum permissions necessary.
Content You Create: We store posts, captions, images, and videos you upload or schedule through the Service.
Usage Data: We collect logs, IP addresses, browser type, device information, and usage patterns to operate and improve the Service.
Cookies: We use essential cookies to maintain your session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We retain your account data and content for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law (e.g., billing records for tax compliance, retained for 7 years).
OAuth tokens are deleted immediately when you disconnect a social account or delete your GetterPost account.
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest for OAuth tokens, and role-based access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
All users: You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time through your account settings. You can disconnect any social account at any time.
California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
GetterPost is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
